The Angolan War of Independence took place between 1961 - 1974. For most of the time there were mainly 2 sides of this conflict: Angolan Nationalists (MPLA, UNITA, FNLA) and Portugal.
Most of the fights could be compared to more known bush war in Rhodesia, they took place in the vast area of Angolan countryside.
The war was brutal for both sides, adding the civilians. At that time Portugal fought multiple other conflicts across the African continent.
Even though their force was superior in many aspects, Portugal eventually lost the conflict, retreated back to Europe and Angola claimed its independence.

Our company previously tried to sabotage objectives close to the Northern border, while we succeeded that task, major enemy forces were sent to defeat us. 
We managed to flee South but many chasing groups are onto us. Our current position is terrible, we were forced to change routes many times and ended up in front of enemy airbase. 
Running away is not an option anymore, our commanders made the decision about storming the airfield. 
The idea is to seize the airfield, defeat any incoming reinforcements and then flee West where friendly MPLA forces are pushing the frontline. 
Although we will be likely chased again - luckily for us there is a vehicle depot on the way West, we can sabotage it and create even more chaos, this should help us to get away from enemy controlled zone.

The airfield is a key objective in the area, many MPLA forces tried to seize it before but failed leaving vehicle wrecks and dirt ramparts dug out during the assault. 
Portugal Army won't give it up so easily, a fierce and bloody fight is about to take place.
